1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to five days of your order. And due to COVID-19 delays, it may take up to three weeks for your product to reach your doorstep. ( And hey, thanks for understanding and supporting a small business during these trying times)
2. What's your return policy?
Email us and tell us what went wrong. Send us the item, and we will give you your money back in full.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if done within 5 days of your order. However, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. But if you cancel your order and still receive the package, then please do one of three things. recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong items?
If there's an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted-- then simply notify us, and we will process the return, and you will be refunded.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected. Just let us know, we will process the return, and we will get you a new one.
